Alexander Potapenko 7ed2f9e663 mm, kasan: SLAB support
Add KASAN hooks to SLAB allocator.

This patch is based on the "mm: kasan: unified support for SLUB and SLAB
allocators" patch originally prepared by Dmitry Chernenkov.
