UAPI Changes: - Add syncobj timeline support to drm. Cross-subsystem Changes: - Remove shared fence staging in dma-buf's fence object, and allow reserving more than 1 fence and add more paranoia when debugging. - Constify infoframe functions in video/hdmi.
