lib: linear_ranges: Add missing MODULE_LICENSE()
When linear_ranges is compiled as module we get warning
about missing MODULE_LICENSE(). Fix it by adding
MODULE_LICENSE("GPL") as is suggested by SPDX and EXPORTs.
