Mauro Carvalho Chehab 54f38fcae5 media: docs: move uAPI book to userspace-api/media
Since 2017, there is an space reserved for userspace API,
created by changeset 1d596dee38 ("docs: Create a user-space API guide").

As the media subsystem was one of the first subsystems to use
Sphinx, until this patch, we were keeping things on a separate
place.

Let's just use the new location, as having all uAPI altogether
will likely make things easier for developers.

Format with ¼ horizontal chroma resolution, also known as YUV 4:1:1
Description
===========
In this format each 12 bytes is eight pixels. In the twelve bytes are
two CbCr pairs and eight Y's. The first CbCr pair goes with the first
four Y's, and the second CbCr pair goes with the other four Y's. The Cb
and Cr components have one fourth the horizontal resolution of the Y
component.
Do not confuse this format with
:ref:`V4L2_PIX_FMT_YUV411P <V4L2-PIX-FMT-YUV411P>`. Y41P is derived
from "YUV 4:1:1 *packed*", while YUV411P stands for "YUV 4:1:1
*planar*".
