o Remove the CONFIG_PREEMPT_RCU documentation since this config option has now been removed. o Change the now-incorrect references to "rcu" labels to instead be "rcu_sched". o Add notes stating that CONFIG_TREE_PREEMPT_RCU kernels will have additional "rcu_preempt" output. o Note the new "oqlen" field in the rcuhier output (for RCU callbacks orphaned by an offlined CPU).
