We need to ensure that tracepoints are registered and unregistered with the users of them. The existing atomic count isn't enough for that. Add a lock around the tracepoints, so we serialize access to them. These guides can be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or ``make pdfdocs``.
