Arnd Bergmann dcf7ec5ee6 Merge branch 'samsung/driver' into next/drivers
Conflicts:
	arch/arm/mach-mxs/include/mach/common.h

Pull in previous samsung conflict merges and do a trivial
merge of an mxs double-add conflict.
