Mainline Linux tree for various devices, only for fun :)

Michael Chan says: ==================== bnxt_en: Add support for new 57500 chips. This patch-set is larger than normal because I wanted a complete series to add basic support for the new 57500 chips. The new chips have the following main differences compared to legacy chips: 1. Requires the PF driver to allocate DMA context memory as a backing store. 2. New NQ (notification queue) for interrupt events. 3. One or more CP rings can be associated with an NQ. 4. 64-bit doorbells. Most other structures and firmware APIs are compatible with legacy devices with some exceptions. For example, ring groups are no longer used and RSS table format has changed. The patch-set includes the usual firmware spec. update, some refactoring and restructuring, and adding the new code to add basic support for the new class of devices. ==================== Signed-off-by: David S. Linux kernel ============ There are several guides for kernel developers and users. These guides can be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. Please read Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or ``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at: https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/ There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory, several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation. See Documentation/00-INDEX for a list of what is contained in each file. Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
