Paul E. McKenney 61cfd0970e rcu: Move RCU_BOOST variable declarations, eliminating #ifdef ... There are some RCU_BOOST-specific per-CPU variable declarations that are needlessly defined under #ifdef in kernel/rcu/tree.c.
