Netlink attribute for the power is s8. But for the driver level operations we are collection power level value into integer. It has to be change to s8 from int. * xmit_sync:

* Handler that 802.15.4 module calls for each transmitted frame.
* skb cntains the buffer starting from the IEEE 802.15.4 header.
