Preparation patch before updating to upstream dtc version 1.4.0. This change only contains the changes caused by a new version of bison on the shipped files. There are no functional changes. The shipped files were build on an Ubuntu 13.10 system Signed-off-by: Grant Likely <grant.likely@linaro.org>
