We've renamed the old processor_core.c to processor_driver.c, to convey the idea that it can be built modular and has driver-like bits. Now let's re-create a processor_core.c for the bits needed statically by the rest of the kernel. The contents of processor_pdc.c are a good starting spot, so let's just rename that file and complete our three card monte.
