Akinobu Mita 03ff60df34 s390/cio: Use BITS_TO_LONGS() instead of __BITOPS_WORDS()
Use BITS_TO_LONGS() instead of __BITOPS_WORDS() that is considered
to be private macro in asm/bitops.h for s390.
