Doug Thompson ddcc3050bd drivers/edac: fix pasemi kconfig depends
Fixed 'depends on PPC_PASEMI' in EDAC Kconfig.  Module PASEMI depends ONLY on
the PASEMI on PPC.

Was previously enabled for ALL PPC
