Michael Chan 11f15ed394 bnxt_en: Update to Firmware 1.2.2 spec. 
Use new field names in API structs and stop using deprecated fields
auto_link_speed and auto_duplex in phy_cfg/phy_qcfg structs.

Update copyright year to 2016.
