cae39d1386 mips: add export.h to files using EXPORT_SYMBOL/THIS_MODULE 
Or else we get lots of variations on this:

arch/mips/pci/pci.c:330: warning: type defaults to 'int' in declaration of 'EXPORT_SYMBOL'

scattered throughout the build.

606a083b1e MIPS: RB532: Cleanup the headers again 
This patch cleans up headers and regroups informations to
where they should reside. While moving, try to have a
consistant naming for defines.
