fc611a1a50 [ARM] Don't include mach-types.h unnecessarily
It's pointless to include mach-types.h if you're not going to use
anything from it. These references were removed as a result of:

grep -lr 'asm/mach-types\.h' . | xargs grep -L 'machine_is_\|MACH_TYPE_\|MACHINE_START\|machine_type'

664399e1fb [ARM] Wrap calls to descriptor handlers
This is part of Thomas Gleixner's generic IRQ patch, which converts
ARM to use the generic IRQ subsystem. Here, we wrap calls to
desc->handler() in an inline function, desc_handle_irq(). This
reduces the size of Thomas' patch since the changes become more
localised.

b720f73296 [PATCH] ARM: Convert ARM timer implementations to use readl/writel
Convert ARMs timer implementations to use readl/writel instead of accessing
the registers via a struct.

People have recently asked if accessing timers via a structure is the
"right way" and its not the Linux way. So fix this code to conform to
"The Linux Way"(tm).

09b8b5f843 [PATCH] ARM: Add SA_TIMER flag to timer interrupts
VST needs to know which timer handler is for the timer interrupt.

90ef713b63 [PATCH] ARM: 2712/1: Fix the RGB order for the Versatile CLCD
Patch from Catalin Marinas

The current red and blue colours on the Versatile CLCD are
reversed when the 5:6:5 mode is used. The patch sets the proper
bit in the SYS_CLCD register value.

Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history,
even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git
archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about
3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early
git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good
infrastructure for it.

Let it rip!
