148817ba09 asm-generic: add another generic ext2 atomic bitops
The majority of architectures implement ext2 atomic bitops as
test_and_{set,clear}_bit() without spinlock.

This adds this type of generic implementation in ext2-atomic-setbit.h and
use it wherever possible.

c56530055a asm-generic: use little-endian bitops
As a preparation for removing ext2 non-atomic bit operations from
asm/bitops.h. This converts ext2 non-atomic bit operations to
little-endian bit operations.

765f34fe32 [PATCH] bitops: generic ext2_{set,clear}_bit_atomic()
This patch introduces the C-language equivalents of the functions below:

int ext2_set_bit_atomic(int nr, volatile unsigned long *addr);
int ext2_clear_bit_atomic(int nr, volatile unsigned long *addr);

In include/asm-generic/bitops/ext2-atomic.h

This code largely copied from: include/asm-sparc/bitops.h
