eab4170865 [ARM] 5567/1: at91: Support for at91sam9g10: clocks management
From: Hong Xu <hong.xu@atmel.com>

Add the at91sam9g10 support to the AT91 generic clock file. It takes
advantage of the management by functionalities of those PLLs and clocks.

2ef9df7ada [ARM] 5569/1: at91: Support for at91sam9g45: clocks management
Add the at91sam9g45 series support to the AT91 generic clock file.
This takes care of the particularities of the PMC for this series.
It also takes advantage of the management by functionalities of
those PLLs and clocks.

6d0485a993 [ARM] 5438/1: AT91: manage clock by functionality instead of CPUs
In clock.c file the clock management is grouped by cpu with cpu_is_xxx()
function. This lead to some kind of difficulties to read this file and
maintainability issues as the number of AT91 cpus & PLLs/clocks is growing.

In this patch, I try to group clock functionality together and match cpus with
this functionality set.
An update to at91_pmc.h is needed to cover some new PMC possibilities (and
some update in comments).

613526677a [ARM] 5130/4: Support for the at91sam9g20
Support for the at91sam9g20 : Atmel 400Mhz ARM 926ej-s SOC.

AT91sam9g20 is an evolution of the at91sam9260 with a faster clock
speed.
We created a new board for this device but based the chip support
directly on 9260 files with little updates.
Here is the chip page on Atmel wabsite:

53d7168026 [ARM] 4933/1: AT91CAP9 UDPHS driver: generic AT91 parts.
This is patch 1 of 2 adding support for the USB High Speed Device Port
on the AT91CAP9 system on chip. The AT91CAP9 uses the same UDPHS IP
as the AVR32 and the AT91SAM9RL.

This patch makes the generic AT91 adaptations, mainly dealing with
the addition of the UDPHS UTMI clock.

None of these files use any of the functionality promised by
asm/semaphore.h. It's possible that they rely on it dragging in some
unrelated header file, but I can't build all these files, so we'll have
fix any build failures as they come up.

72e7ae8141 [ARM] 4823/1: AT91 section fix
Fix section warning:

 WARNING: arch/arm/mach-at91/built-in.o(.text+0xd74): Section mismatch in reference
        from the function init_programmable_clock()
        to the function .init.text:at91_css_to_clk()
 The function  init_programmable_clock() references
 the function __init at91_css_to_clk().
 This is often because init_programmable_clock lacks a __init
 annotation or the annotation of at91_css_to_clk is wrong.

In this case the only calls to and from init_programmable_clock()
are from code marked as "__init", so this fix is trivially correct.

1f4b49a429 [ARM] 4418/1: AT91: Number of programmable clocks differs
The number of programmable clocks available on the AT91 processors can
differ, therefore do not always display the contents of the PMC_PCKR(0)
.. PMC_PCKR(3) registers (ie, assume there are 4 clocks).

If CONFIG_AT91_PROGRAMMABLE_CLOCKS is enabled, the programmable clocks
will be registered like the other system/peripheral clocks, and the
state of the programmable clocks will be displayed like with the other
clocks.

c9b75d1322 [ARM] 4154/1: AT91: Clock update
Unconditionally disabling the PCKs (Programmable Clocks) is not a good
idea as it breaks boards that depend on those clocks being enabled by
bootloaders.
Therefore only disable unused clocks late in the init process, giving
the board init code the chance to claim the clock.

Patch from Steven Scholz.

Since the HCK clocks on SAM9261 are already being registered as a
independent clocks, we don't need the special case for HCK0 on the
SAM9261. Platform-init code and drivers should use the clock API to
enable/disable the clock.

9d0412680e [ARM] 4124/1: Rename mach-at91rm9200 and arch-at91rm9200 directories
Now that Linux includes support for the Atmel AT91SAM9260 and
AT91SAM9261 processors in addition to the original Atmel AT91RM9200
(with support for more AT91 processors pending), the "mach-at91rm9200"
and "arch-at91rm9200" directories should be renamed to indicate their
more generic nature.

The following git commands should be run BEFORE applying this patch:
  git-mv arch/arm/mach-at91rm9200 arch/arm/mach-at91
  git-mv include/asm-arm/arch-at91rm9200 include/asm-arm/arch-at91
