c05129bd81 [POWERPC] Only ignore arch/ppc/include, not arch/ppc/boot/include 
arch/ppc/.gitignore shouldn't exclude arch/ppc/boot/include, so
this makes arch/ppc/.gitignore more specific.

06f2138e61 [POWERPC] Add files build to .gitignore 
Mostly taken from corresponding Makefile's make-clean rule.

Tested by (cross)compiling for $ARCH PPC and POWERPC and checking
output of git-status.
