ef088187e1 pinctrl: mvebu: remove the offset property for regmap
The offset property of the pinctrl node, when a regmap is used in the
device tree, was never used nor documented in the binding. Moreover, the
compatible string is enough to let the driver know which offset using.

So this patch removes the property and move the information at the driver
level.

ad9ec4ecee pinctrl: mvebu: switch drivers to generic simple mmio
Move the mvebu pinctrl drivers over to the generic simple mmio
implementation, saving a substantial number of lines of code in

44aa9d0604 pinctrl: mvebu: provide generic simple mmio-based implementation
Provide a generic simple mmio-based probe function and methods, which
pinctrl drivers can use to initialise the mvebu pinctrl subsystem.
Most mvebu pinctrl drivers can use this.

20955c5f5c pinctrl: mvebu: provide per-control private data
Provide per-control private data into each mvebu pinctrl method, which
will allow us to provide some completely generic helpers without the
global variable and per-instance function definitions that would be
required when we have multiple pin controllers on a SoC.

30be3fb9b8 pinctrl: mvebu: constify mvebu_mpp_ctrl structures
As the mvebu_mpp_ctrl structures contain function pointers, it is
preferable for these to be made read-only to prevent the function
pointers being modified. So make these const.

cffa7a6b10 pinctrl: mvebu: remove MPP_REG_CTRL macro
Now that each per-SoC pinctrl driver must implement its own get/set
functions, there is no point in keeping the MPP_REG_CTRL macro, whose
purpose was to let the core pinctrl mvebu driver use default get/set
functions. While at it also update the comment about mvebu_mpp_ctrl.

2035d39da1 pinctrl: mvebu: remove passing mvebu_mpp_ctrl to callbacks
The only valuable information a special callback can derive from
mvebu_mpp_ctrl passed to it, is the pin id. Instead of passing
the struct, pass the pid directly.

06763c741b pinctrl: mvebu: move to its own directory
Like the spear platform, the mvebu platform has multiple files: one
core file, and then one file per SoC family. More files will be added
later, as support for mach-orion5x and mach-mv78xx0 SoCs is added to
pinctrl-mvebu. For those reasons, having a separate subdirectory,
drivers/pinctrl/mvebu/ makes sense, and it had already been suggested
by Linus Wallej when the driver was originally submitted.
