fe242ccbc0 x86: platform: iris: drop owner assignment from platform_drivers
A platform_driver does not need to set an owner, it will be populated by the
driver core.

663b55b9b3 x86: Delete non-required instances of include <linux/init.h>
None of these files are actually using any __init type directives
and hence don't need to include <linux/init.h>. Most are just a
left over from __devinit and __cpuinit removal, or simply due to
code getting copied from one driver to the next.

88d67ee3ec arch/x86/platform/iris/iris.c: register a platform device and a platform driver
This makes the iris driver use the platform API, so it is properly exposed
in /sys.

476bc0015b module_param: make bool parameters really bool (arch)
module_param(bool) used to counter-intuitively take an int. In
fddd5201 (mid-2009) we allowed bool or int/unsigned int using a messy
trick.

It's time to remove the int/unsigned int option. For this version
it'll simply give a warning, but it'll break next kernel version.
