After the move of videobuf2 into the common directory, selecting the
au0828 driver with CONFIG_V4L2 disabled started causing a link failure,
as we now attempt to build videobuf2 but it still requires v4l2:

have.

This is the mindless scripted replacement of kernel use of POLL*
variables as described by Al, done by this script:
for V in IN OUT PRI ERR RDNORM RDBAND WRNORM WRBAND HUP RDHUP NVAL MSG; do
L=`git grep -l -w POLL$V | grep -v '^t' | grep -v /um/ | grep -v '^sa' | grep -v '/poll.h$'|grep -v '^D'`
for f in $L; do sed -i "-es/^\([^\"]*\)\(\<POLL$V\>\)/\\1E\\2/" $f; done
done
with de-mangling cleanups yet to come.
NOTE! On almost all architectures, the EPOLL* constants have the same
values as the POLL* constants do. But they keyword here is "almost".
For various bad reasons they aren't the same, and epoll() doesn't
actually work quite correctly in some cases due to this on Sparc et al.
The next patch from Al will sort out the final differences, and we
should be all done.

Pull poll annotations from Al Viro:
"This introduces a __bitwise type for POLL### bitmap, and propagates
the annotations through the tree. Most of that stuff is as simple as
'make ->poll() instances return __poll_t and do the same to local
variables used to hold the future return value'.
Some of the obvious brainos found in process are fixed (e.g. POLLIN
misspelled as POLL_IN). At that point the amount of sparse warnings is
low and most of them are for genuine bugs - e.g. ->poll() instance
deciding to return -EINVAL instead of a bitmap. I hadn't touched those
in this series - it's large enough as it is.
Another problem it has caught was eventpoll() ABI mess; select.c and
eventpoll.c assumed that corresponding POLL### and EPOLL### were
equal. That's true for some, but not all of them - EPOLL### are
arch-independent, but POLL### are not.
The last commit in this series separates userland POLL### values from
the (now arch-independent) kernel-side ones, converting between them
in the few places where they are copied to/from userland. AFAICS, this
is the least disruptive fix preserving poll(2) ABI and making epoll()
work on all architectures.
As it is, it's simply broken on sparc - try to give it EPOLLWRNORM and
it will trigger only on what would've triggered EPOLLWRBAND on other
architectures. EPOLLWRBAND and EPOLLRDHUP, OTOH, are never triggered
at all on sparc. With this patch they should work consistently on all
architectures"

Some UVC video cameras contain metadata in their payload headers. This
patch extracts that data, adding more clock synchronisation information,
on both bulk and isochronous endpoints and makes it available to the user
space on a separate video node, using the V4L2_CAP_META_CAPTURE capability
and the V4L2_BUF_TYPE_META_CAPTURE buffer queue type. By default, only the
V4L2_META_FMT_UVC pixel format is available from those nodes. However,
cameras can be added to the device ID table to additionally specify their
own metadata format, in which case that format will also become available
from the metadata node.

When the tuner was split from m88rs2000 the attach function is in wrong
place.
Move to dm04_lme2510_tuner to trap errors on failure and removing
a call to lme_coldreset.
Prevents driver starting up without any tuner connected.
Fixes to trap for ts2020 fail.

As we're now using SPDX identifiers, on several
media drivers I wrote, add the proper SPDX, identifying
the license I meant.
As we're now using the short license, it doesn't make sense to
keep the original license text.
Also, fix MODULE_LICENSE to properly identify GPL v2.

According to the UVC specification, stream error events carry no data.
Fix a buffer overflow (that should be harmless given data alignment)
when reporting the stream error event by removing the data byte from the
message.

Some cameras post inaccurate frame where next frame data overlap
it. this results in screen flicker, and it need to be prevented.
So this patch marks the buffer error to discard the frame where
buffer overflow.

There is no need to #define the license of the driver, just put it in
the MODULE_LICENSE() line directly as a text string.
This allows tools that check that the module license matches the source
code license to work properly, as there is no need to unwind the
unneeded dereference.

The firmware timestamp is an unsigned 32-bit value, but we copy it into
a signed 32-bit variable, so we can theoretically get an overflow in
the calculation when the timestamp is between 2038 and 2106.
This changes the temporary variable to time64_t and changes the deprecated
time_to_tm() over to time64_to_tm() accordingly.
There is still an overflow in y2106, but that is a limitation of the
firmware interface, not a kernel problem.
