This converts the sh03 rtc code off of using the global rtc_lock and on
to its own spinlock. There are no other possible users of the rtc_lock,
so serializing with it is not necessary.

Presently this is special-cased for early initialization. While there are
situations where these static early initializations are still necessary,
with minor changes it is possible to use this for the regular ioremap
implementation as well. This allows us to kill off the special-casing for
the remap completely and to start tidying up all of the SH-5
special-casing in drivers.

All 32-bit SuperH processors currently go through __ioremap_mode()
and check for IO_TRAPPED and directly mapped segments. With this
patch we simplify the MMU less case with a pass through version of
__ioremap_mode() which just returns the physical address.
The effects of this is change are:
- fix non-MMU ioremap() of high address hardware blocks (sh7203 CMT)
- make sure IO_TRAPPED is not selected

The RTS7751R2D_1 boards only support 1MB of socket-mounted MBM29F040

more sense to expose to the user.

The se7751 was still doing the PCI fixups in its own board directory,
so we move it over to arch/sh/drivers/pci/ with the rest of the board
fixups. It has bitrotted significantly over the years, so will still
likely need a bit of work to bring back up to date.

Commit 68b42d1b54 ("sh: sh7785lcr: Map
whole PCI address space.") changed around the semantics of how various
chip-selects are made accessible to PCI. Now that there is a single
large mapping covering from CS0-CS6, there is no longer any need to
do multi-window mapping. Subsequently, all of the differing
implementations can be consolidated in to pci-sh7780.

This patch reworks the sh3/sh4/sh4a register saving code in
the following ways:
- break out prepare_stack_save_dsp() from handle_exception()
- break out save_regs() from handle_exception()
- the register saving order is unchanged
- align new functions to fit in cache lines
- separate exception code from interrupt code
- keep main code flow in a single cache line per exception vector
- use bsr/rts for regular functions (save pr first)
- keep data in one shared cache line (exception_data)
- document the functions
- tie in the hp6xx code

Fix up the build for mach-highlander and mach-rsk. These operated on the
assumption that GENERIC_GPIO support with an optional GPIOLIB was
possible. This used to be true, but has not been the case since commit-id
d56cc8bc661ac1ceded8d45ba2d53bb134fee17d ("sh: use gpiolib"), where the
GENERIC_GPIO implementation was rewritten to use GPIOLIB directly.
