f8d6c8d98d ALPHA: drivers: remove __dev* attributes.
CONFIG_HOTPLUG is going away as an option. As a result, the __dev*
markings need to be removed.

This change removes the use of __devinit, __devexit_p, __devinitdata,
and __devexit from these drivers.

Based on patches originally written by Bill Pemberton, but redone by me
in order to handle some of the coding style issues better, by hand.

8885b7b637 PCI: Provide a default pcibios_update_irq()
Most architectures implement this in exactly the same way. Instead of
having each architecture duplicate this function, provide a single
implementation in the core and make it a weak symbol so that it can be
overridden on architectures where it is required.

3ddbebf878 PCI: Discard __init annotations for pci_fixup_irqs() and related functions
Remove the __init annotations in order to keep pci_fixup_irqs() around
after init (e.g. for hotplug). This requires the same change for the
implementation of pcibios_update_irq() on all architectures. While at
it, all __devinit annotations are removed as well, since they will be
useless now that HOTPLUG is always on.

8ff255afb0 alpha/PCI: move fixup hooks from __init to __devinit
The fixups are executed once the pci-device is found which is during
boot process so __init seems fine as long as the platform does not
support hotplug.

However it is possible to remove the PCI bus at run time and have it
rediscovered again via "echo 1 > /sys/bus/pci/rescan" and this will call
the fixups again.

151d16d531 alpha/PCI: replace pci_probe_only with pci_flags
Some architectures (alpha, mips, powerpc) have an arch-specific
"pci_probe_only" flag. Others use PCI_PROBE_ONLY in pci_flags for
the same purpose. This moves alpha to the pci_flags approach so
generic code can use the same test across all architectures.

f2971c4c31 alpha: switch to GENERIC_PCI_IOMAP
alpha copied pci_iomap from generic code to avoid
pulling the rest of iomap.c in. Since that's in
a separate file now, we can reuse the common implementation.

The only difference is handling of nocache flag,
that turns out to be done correctly by the
generic code since arch/alpha/include/asm/io.h
defines ioremap_nocache same as ioremap.

5f0e3da6e1 alpha: convert u64 to unsigned long long
Convert alpha architecture to use u64 as unsigned long long. This is
being done so that (a) all arches use u64 as unsigned long long and (b)
printk of a u64 as %ll[ux] will not generate format warnings by gcc.

The only gcc cross-compiler that I have is 4.0.2, which generates errors
about miscompiling __weak references, so I have commented out that line in
compiler-gcc4.h so that most of these compile, but more builds and real
machine testing would be Real Good.

a744e0160a alpha: resurrect Cypress IDE quirk
Which was removed in the hope that generic legacy IDE quirk in
drivers/pci/probe.c is sufficient for Cypress IDE.
It isn't, as this controller has non-standard BAR layout:

generic quirk routine assumes.

b70d3a2c59 iomap: fix 64 bits resources on 32 bits
Almost all implementations of pci_iomap() in the kernel, including the generic
lib/iomap.c one, copies the content of a struct resource into unsigned long's

This fixes all definitions of pci_iomap() to use resource_size_t. I also
"fixed" the 64bits arch for consistency.

43c3473552 [PATCH] pci and yenta: pcibios_bus_to_resource
In yenta_socket, we default to using the resource setting of the CardBus
bridge. However, this is a PCI-bus-centric view of resources and thus needs
to be converted to generic resources first. Therefore, add a call to
pcibios_bus_to_resource() call in between. This function is a mere wrapper on
x86 and friends, however on some others it already exists, is added in this
patch (alpha, arm, ppc, ppc64) or still needs to be provided (parisc -- where
is its pcibios_resource_to_bus() ?).
