5328f35b15 usb: patches for v3.13
Final conversions to configfs for mass storage, acm_ms, and
 multi gadgets.

MUSB should now work out of the box on AM335x-based boards
(beagle bone white and black) with DMA thanks to Sebastian's
 work.

We can now enable VERBOSE_DEBUG on builds of drivers/usb/gadget/
 by selecting CONFIG_USB_GADGET_VERBOSE.

s3c-hsotg got quite a few non-critical fixes but also learned
a few new tricks (isochronous transfers, multi count support).

The Marvel USB3 Controller driver got a memory leak fix.

devm_usb_get_phy() learned not to return NULL, ever.

Other than these patches, we have the usual set of cleanups
ranging from removal of unnecessary *_set_drvdata() to using
 SIMPLE_DEV_PM_OPS.

f12ecbe2ea ARM: dts: omap: Add reset/idle on init bindings for OMAP
On OMAP we have co-processor IPs, memory controllers,
GPIOs which control regulators and power switches to
PMIC, and SoC internal Bus IPs, some or most of which
should either not be reset or idled or both at init.
(In some cases there are erratas which prevent an IP
from being reset)
Have a way to pass this information from DT.

Update the am33xx/omap4 and omap5 dtsi files with the
new bindings for modules which either should not be
idled. reset or both. A later patch would cleanup the
same information that exists today as part of the hwmod
data files.

c8b11de040 iio: at91: introduce touch screen support in iio adc driver
AT91 ADC hardware integrate touch screen support. So this patch add touch
screen support for at91 adc iio driver.
To enable touch screen support in adc, you need to add the dt parameters:
  1. which type of touch are used? (4 or 5 wires), sample period time.
  2. correct pressure detect threshold value.

In the meantime, since touch screen will use a interal period trigger of adc,
so it is conflict to other hardware triggers. Driver will disable the hardware
trigger support if touch screen is enabled.

This driver has been tested in AT91SAM9X5-EK and SAMA5D3x-EK.

3e6cee1786 pinctrl: single: Add support for wake-up interrupts
The pin control registers can have interrupts for example
for device wake-up. These interrupts can be treated as a
chained interrupt controller as suggested earlier by
Linus Walleij <linus.walleij@linaro.org>.

This patch adds support for interrupts in a way that
should be pretty generic, and works for the omaps that
support wake-up interrupts. On omaps, there's an
interrupt enable and interrupt status bit for each pin.
The two pinctrl domains on omaps share a single interrupt
from the PRM chained interrupt handler. Support for
other similar hardware should be easy to add.

Note that this patch does not attempt to handle the
wake-up interrupts automatically unlike the earlier
patches. This patch allows the device drivers to do
a request_irq() on the wake-up pins as needed. I'll
try to do also a separate generic patch for handling
the wake-up events automatically.

Also note that as this patch makes the pinctrl-single
an irq controller, the current bindings need some
extra trickery to use interrupts from two different
interrupt controllers for the same driver. So it
might be worth waiting a little on the patches
enabling the wake-up interrupts from drivers as there
should be a generic way to handle it coming. And also
there's been discussion of interrupts-extended binding
for using interrupts from multiple interrupt controllers.

In any case, this patch should be ready to go allowing
handling the wake-up interrupts in a generic way, or
separately from the device drivers.

e6e7fb1ffc ARM: SoC fixes for 3.12-rc
We have a fairly large batch of fixes this time around, mostly just due to
various platforms all having a fix or two more than usual.

 Worth pointing out are:

 - A fix for EDMA on Davinci/OMAP where channel allocation broke with
the DT conversion. Due to some miscommunication we didn't
understand the impact of the breakage, so we were pushing back on it
for 3.12, but it sounds like it's actually breaking quite a few people
   out there.

 - A bunch of fixes for Marvell platforms, some straggling fixes for
merge window fallout and some fixes for a couple of the platforms
   (Netgear RN102 in particular).

 - A fix for a race between multi-cluster power management and cpu hotplug
   on Versatile Express.

And a bunch of other smaller fixes that all add up.

We'll be switching over into stricter regressions-only mode from here
 on out.

5b4deb6526 PCI: mvebu: add support for MSI
This commit adds support for Message Signaled Interrupts in the
Marvell PCIe host controller. The work is very simple: it simply gets
a reference to the msi_chip associated to the PCIe controller thanks
to the msi-parent DT property, and stores this reference in the
pci_bus structure. This is enough to let the Linux PCI core use the
functions of msi_chip to setup and teardown MSIs.

31f614edb7 irqchip: armada-370-xp: implement MSI support
This commit introduces the support for the MSI interrupts in the
armada-370-xp interrupt controller driver. It registers an MSI chip to
the MSI chip registry, which will be used by the Marvell PCIe host
controller driver.

The MSI interrupts use the 16 high doorbells, and are therefore
notified using IRQ1 of the main interrupt controller.

deeea72860 Documentation: DT: arm: define CPU topology bindings
The advent of multi-cluster ARM systems requires a mechanism to describe
how in hierarchical terms CPUs are connected in ARM SoCs so that the kernel
can initialize and map resources like IRQs and memory space to specific
group(s) of CPUs.

The CPU topology is made up of multiple hierarchy levels whose bottom
layers (aka leaf nodes in device tree syntax) contain links to the HW
CPUs in the system.

The topology bindings are generic for both 32-bit and 64-bit systems and
lay the groundwork on top of which affinity schemes can be built.

This patch provides the documentation in the kernel required to define the
device tree bindings describing the CPU topology for ARM 32-bit and 64-bit
systems.

ff76496347 drivers: phy: add generic PHY framework
The PHY framework provides a set of APIs for the PHY drivers to
create/destroy a PHY and APIs for the PHY users to obtain a reference to the
PHY with or without using phandle. For dt-boot, the PHY drivers should
also register *PHY provider* with the framework.

PHY drivers should create the PHY by passing id and ops like init, exit,
power_on and power_off. This framework is also pm runtime enabled.

The documentation for the generic PHY framework is added in
Documentation/phy.txt and the documentation for dt binding can be found at
Documentation/devicetree/bindings/phy/phy-bindings.txt
