a72da43c92 clk: versatile: Improve sizeof() usage
Replace the specification of a data structure by a pointer
dereference as the parameter for the operator "sizeof" to make
the corresponding size determination a bit safer according to the
Linux coding style convention.

ba3fae06c7 ARM/clk: move the ICST library to drivers/clk
This moves the ICST clock divider helper library from
arch/arm/common to drivers/clk/versatile so it is maintained
with the other clock drivers.

We keep the structure as a helper library intact and do not
fuse it with the clk-icst.c Versatile ICST clock driver: there
may be other users out there that need to use this library for
their clocking, and then it will be helpful to keep the
library contained. (The icst.[c|h] files could just be moved
to drivers/clk/lib or a similar location to share the library.)

fa62e10d26 clk: versatile/icst: support for AP baseboard clocks
This adds support for the two ICST525-based clocks on the
Integrator/AP baseboard, as documented in the board manual
"Integrator/AP ASIC Development Motherboard", ARM DUI0098 B,
pages 3-15 thru 3-18.

5e23c59305 clk: versatile/icst: add Integrator core module clocks
The Integrator/AP and Integrator/CP have special derivatives
of the ICST525 control registers, where some bits have been
hardwired but others are possible to adjust, resulting in a
control register that makes it possible to set an even,
desired megahertz value.

The Integrator/AP and Integrator/CP have slightly different
layout so we support them using different compatible
strings.

After adding these clocks, the Integrator-specific cpufreq
driver can be switched over to use the generic operating
point device tree cpufreq driver.

Instead of simply writing a value to the oscillator control
register we switch to the more elaborate method of providing
a bitmask and use regmap_update_bits() to poke the right bits
for the desired frequency, this is needed since these control
registers sometimes control more than one clock.

df9cd56421 clk: versatile: mask VCO bits before writing
The Versatile syscon ICST driver OR:s the bits into place but
forgets to mask the previous value, making the code only work
if the register is zero or giving haphazard results. Mask the
19 bits used by the Versatile syscon interface register.

Regression caused and now fixed by yours truly.

6d31e3b22e clk: versatile: Remove clk.h and clkdev.h includes
Clock provider drivers generally shouldn't include clk.h because
it's the consumer API. Remove the include here because this is a
provider driver. Also remove clkdev.h in files that aren't using
it and replace them with slab.h in files that were relying on the
implicit include of slab.h in clkdev.h.

a183da637c clk: versatile: respect parent rate in ICST clock
If the ICST clock has a parent, respect the rate of the parent
when calculating the clock frequency. As this involves modifying
the ICST parameter struct, make a cloned copy (the divisor
arrays should be safe) so we can update the .ref field.

Do not define the reference clock on the Integrator as we have
the reference clock from the device tree. Keep it everywhere
else.

2f9f64bc5a clk: fixup argument order when setting VCO parameters
The order of arguments in the call to vco_set() for the ICST clocks appears to
have been switched in error, which results in the VCO not being initialised

This patch fixes the order and restores the expected functionality.

7a9ad671ac clk: make ICST driver handle the VCO registers
It turns out that all platforms using the ICST VCO are really
just touching two registers, and in the same way as well: one
register with the VCO configuration as such, and one lock register
that makes it possible to write to the VCO.

Factor this register read/write into the ICST driver so we can
reuse it in the IM-PD1 driver.

91b87a4795 clk: add versatile ICST307 driver
The ICST307 VCO clock has a shared driver in the ARM
architecture. This patch provides a wrapper into the common
clock framework so we can use the implementation in the
ARM architecture without duplicating the code until all
ARM platforms using this VCO are moved over. At that point
we can merge the driver from the ARM platform into the
generic file altogether.
