Move the native-mode property inside the display-timings node.
According to
Documentation/devicetree/bindings/display/panel/display-timing.txt.
native-mode is a property of the display-timings node.
If it's located outside of display-timings, the native-mode setting is
ignored and the first display timing is used (which is a problem only if
someone adds another display timing).

"usb-nop-xceiv" is using the phy binding, but is missing #phy-cells
property. This is probably because the binding was the precursor to the phy
binding.

Since commit b36581df7e ("spi: imx: Using existing properties for
chipselects") the device tree property 'fsl,spi-num-chipselects' is
unused and it is already marked as obsolete in device tree binding
documentation. Remove the property from the existing DTS files to
avoid its reoccurence on copying.

As of commit 1006ed7e1b ("serial: imx: Use generic uart-has-rtscts
DT property"), the Freescale IMX UART driver recognizes the generic
"uart-has-rtscts" DT property, deprecating the vendor-specific
"fsl,uart-has-rtscts" DT property. Hence replace the latter by the
former in all DTS files.

Use clock definitions in i.MX27 DTS files.
Additional changes included in this patch (imx27.dtsi):
- Fix IPG clock for UART6.
- Use EMI_AHB_GATE clock for WEIM.
- Added GPIO_IPG_GATE clock for GPIO nodes. Currently this clock is
not used by the driver, but it can be added in the future.

This adds the stdout-path property to various i.MX boards. Values
of the property have been taken from barebox, so they should be
correct. Also, the older linux,stdout-path property is converted
to stdout-path.

It is not a good approach to have the USB PHY nodes inside imx27.dtsi since
the USB PHYs on mx27 are not internal to the SoC.
Place the USB PHY nodes in the board dts files instead.
Also, each board may have a different clock source for the USB PHY, so do not
hardcode it.
