74abb9890d quota: move function-macros from quota.h to quotaops.h
Move declarations of some macros, which should be in fact functions to
quotaops.h. This way they can be later converted to inline functions
because we can now use declarations from quota.h. Also add necessary
includes of quotaops.h to a few files.

338bf9afda quota: do not allow setting of quota limits to too high values
We should check whether quota limits set via Q_SETQUOTA are not exceeding
limits which quota format is able to handle.

d3be915fc5 [PATCH] sem2mutex: quota
Semaphore to mutex conversion.

The conversion was generated via scripts, and the result was validated
automatically via a script as well.

3135806358 [PATCH] quota: make useless quota error message informative
fs/quota_v2.c can, under some conditions, issue a kernel message that says,
in totality, 'failed read'. This patch does the following:

1) Gives a hint who issued the error message, so people reading the logs
don't have to go grepping the entire kernel tree (with 11 false
   positives).

2) Say what amount of data we expected, and actually got.

e821d94d34 [PATCH] quota: possible bug in quota format v2 support
Don't put root block of quota tree to the free list (when quota file is
completely empty). That should not actually happen anyway (somebody should
get accounted for the filesystem root and so quota file should never be
empty) but better prevent it here than solve magical quota file
corruption.

Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history,
even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git
archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about
3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early
git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good
infrastructure for it.

Let it rip!
