640e2f13ca ARM: nomadik: configure in STMPE support
This enables the STMPE MFD, GPIO and keypad support by default on
the Nomadik builds. This expander is used on the NDK 15 board.

07cc65e3dd ARM: update Nomadik config
This updates the Nomadik (NHK8815) defconfig to what saveconfig
produces after some recent changes to Kconfig fragments here
and there.

9af588736f ARM: nomadik: Update MMC defconfigs
Enable MMC_UNSAFE_RESUME to accomplish a proper suspend/resume cycle
for SD/SDIO/(e)MMC.

ARMMMCI host driver supports clock gating through runtime PM, thus
MMC_CLKGATE is not needed. Moreover ARMMMCI can do scatter-gather which
means we can explicity disable MMC_BLOCK_BOUNCE, since it's default
enabled, to skip unnecessary bounce buffer copying.

175210a842 ARM: nomadik: add led and key for S8815
This adds device tree hunks for the LED and userbutton on the
USB S8815 board, and set up a heartbeat trigger on the LED and
an escape key on the user button. Alter the defconfig to enable
these standard DT-enabled GPIO drivers.

1187ed8772 ARM: nomadik: convert to multiplatform
This converts the Nomadik to run in multiplatform mode, including
the defconfig change. After this the "uImage" target in the kernel
tree will no longer work, but we do not care about this. Instead
we generate the uImage from the zImage using mkimage or update
the bootloader to accept bootz. Some minor updates to the defconfig
are done as part of this.

41863f730f ARM: nomadik: switch over to using the FSMC driver
The Nomadik NAND driver is really just a subset of the existing
FSMC driver, so let's switch over to using that driver instead,
since it handles more variants of this chip. The callbacks for
setting up the chip is doing stuff now handled by the FSMC
driver.

0fa7be407d ARM: nomadik: enable PINCTRL_NOMADIK where needed
The nomadik gpio code has been converted to pinctrl, but the nomadik platform
still expects the old code to be present. Change it to use the new one instead.

6a108a14fa kconfig: rename CONFIG_EMBEDDED to CONFIG_EXPERT
The meaning of CONFIG_EMBEDDED has long since been obsoleted; the option
is used to configure any non-standard kernel with a much larger scope than
only small devices.

This patch renames the option to CONFIG_EXPERT in init/Kconfig and fixes
references to the option throughout the kernel. A new CONFIG_EMBEDDED
option is added that automatically selects CONFIG_EXPERT when enabled and
can be used in the future to isolate options that should only be
considered for embedded systems (RISC architectures, SLOB, etc).

Calling the option "EXPERT" more accurately represents its intention: only
expert users who understand the impact of the configuration changes they
are making should enable it.

4da8b8208e ARM: Kill CONFIG_CPU_32
