5a4c060114 hwmon: (lm75.h) Update header inclusion
File lm75.h used to include <linux/hwmon.h> for SENSORS_LIMIT() but
this function is gone by now. Instead we call clamp_val() so we should
include <linux/kernel.h>, where this function is declared.

8d5d45fb14 [PATCH] I2C: Move hwmon drivers (2/3)
Part 2: Move the driver files themselves.

Note that the patch "adds trailing whitespace", because it does move the
files as-is, and some files happen to have trailing whitespace.
