1919811fe6 usb: gadget: mv_udc_core: remove unused clock
The origianl understanding of clock is wrong. The UDC controller
only have one clock input.
Passing clock name by pdata is wrong. The clock is defined by device
iteself.

94a06018de usb: gadget: mv_udc_core: fix sparse warnings
fix the following sparse warnings:

drivers/usb/gadget/mv_udc_core.c:1850:6: warning: symbol 'irq_process_reset' was not declared. Should it be static?
drivers/usb/gadget/mv_udc_core.c:247:9: warning: context imbalance in 'done' - unexpected unlock
drivers/usb/gadget/mv_udc_core.c:1692:25: warning: context imbalance in 'handle_setup_packet' - unexpected unlock

Note that there are still other sparse warnings
which aren't trivial to fix, so I left them out:

cba6c85027 usb: gadget: patches for v3.9 merge window
finally getting rid of the old ->start()/->stop() methods
in favor of the better and improved ->udc_start()/->udc_stop().

There were surprisingly quite a few users left, but all of them
 have been converted.

f_mass_storage removed some dead code, which is always great ;-)

There's also a big cleanup to the gadget framework from Sebastian
which gets us a lot closer to having only function drivers in
kernel and move over to configfs-based binding.

Other than these, there's the usual set of cleanups: s3c UDCs are
moving over to devm_regulator_bulk_get() API, at91_udc removed
an unnecessary check for work_pending() before scheduling and
there's the removal of an unused variable from uac2_pcm_trigger().

449d04a977 usb: gadget: mv_udc: fix the value of tranceiver
usally we will use udc->tranceiver == NULL or
udc->tranceiver != NULL.
So when failed to get the udc->tranceiver by usb_get_phy(), we
directly set udc->tranceiver to be NULL.
Then the source code will not need macro IS_ERR_OR_NULL() for
udc->tranceiver judgement. It can reduce the line size and make
the judgement simple.

This patch removes the global variable composite in composite.c.
The private data which was saved there is now passed via an additional
argument to the bind() function in struct usb_gadget_driver.

Only the "old-style" UDC drivers have to be touched here, new style are
doing it right because this change is made in udc-core.

11c37c8b64 usb: gadget: mv_udc: fix boot up hang
Fix boot up hang when enable udc without otg enabled.
The root cause is that the clock will be shut down when probe routine is
finished because of clock gating. When a gadget driver is registered at
this time, it will call mv_udc_start which in turn will call
mv_udc_vbus_session. If there is no cable attached at the boot up time,
the vbus is low, so it will call stop_activity path without clock
enabled which will cause system hang then.
Actually, we need't go this path when clock is disabled, what we need to
do is just jump out.

f9b0f51709 This merge is rather big. Here's what it contains:
For am5536udc we have just simple coding style fixes. Nothing that has any
potential to cause any issues going forward.

With mv_udc, there's only one single change removing an unneeded NULL check.

at91_udc also only saw a single change this merge window, and that's only
 removing a duplicated header.

The Renesas controller has a few more involved changes. Support for SUDMAC was
added, there's now a special handling of IRQ resources for when the IRQ line is
shared between Renesas controller and SUDMAC, we also had a bug fix where
Renesas controller would sleep in atomic context while doing DMA transfers from
a tasklet. There were also a set of minor cleanups.

The FSL UDC also had a scheduling in atomic context bug fix, but that's all.

Thanks to Sebastian, the dummy_hcd now works better than ever with support for
scatterlists and streams. Sebastian also added SuperSpeed descriptors to the
 serial gadgets.

The highlight on this merge is the addition of a generic API for mapping and
unmapping usb_requests. This will avoid code duplication on all UDC controllers
and also kills all the defines for DMA_ADDR_INVALID which UDC controllers
sprinkled around. A few of the UDC controllers were already converted to use
 this new API.

USB: Gadget: changes for 3.4

This merge is rather big.

6e13c6505c usb: otg: Convert all users to pass struct usb_otg for OTG functions
This changes the otg functions so that they receive struct
otg instead of struct usb_phy as parameter and
converts all users of these functions to pass the otg member
of their usb_phy.

This patch impletments system suspend/resume functions for Marvell
otg controller.
If OTG is enabled, OTG driver will do most of the work.
If not, we will check clock gating.
If clock gating is enabled, the UDC will be start/stop automatically.
If not, UDC will be start/stop in suspend/resume functions.
