113b6ea09c net: ipa: fix two format specifier errors
Fix two format specifiers that used %lu for a size_t in "ipa_mem.c".

2c642c48b3 net: ipa: change a warning to debug
When we determine from hardware what the size of IPA memory is
we compare it against what we learned about it from DT.

If DT defines a region that's larger than actual memory, we use the
smaller actual size and issue a warning.

If DT defines a smaller region than actual memory we issue a warning
too. But in this case the difference is harmless; so rather than
issuing a warning, just provide a debug message instead.

Reorder these checks so the one that matters more is done first.

279dc95574 net: ipa: assign proper packet context base
At the end of ipa_mem_setup() we write the local packet processing
context base register to tell it where the processing context memory
is. But we are writing the wrong value.

The value written turns out to be the offset of the modem header
memory region (assigned earlier in the function). Fix this bug.

e3eea08e64 net: ipa: fix kerneldoc comments
This commit affects comments (and in one case, whitespace) only.

Throughout the IPA code, return statements are documented using
"@Return:", whereas they should use "Return:" instead. Fix these
mistakes.

In function definitions, some parameters are missing their comment
to describe them. And in structure definitions, some fields are
missing their comment to describe them. Add these missing
descriptions.

Some arguments changed name and type along the way, but their
descriptions were not updated (an endpoint pointer is now used in
many places that previously used an endpoint ID). Fix these
incorrect parameter descriptions.

In the description for the ipa_clock structure, one field had a
semicolon instead of a colon in its description. Fix this.

Add a missing function description for ipa_gsi_endpoint_data_empty().

All of these issues were identified when building with "W=1".

a0036bb413 net: ipa: define SMEM memory region for IPA
Arrange to use an item from SMEM memory for IPA. SMEM item number
497 is designated to be used by the IPA. Specify the item ID and
size of the region in platform configuration data. Allocate and get
a pointer to this region from ipa_mem_init(). The memory must be
mapped for access through an SMMU.

3e313c3f5a net: ipa: define IMEM memory region for IPA
Define a region of IMEM memory available for use by IPA in the
platform configuration data. Initialize it from ipa_mem_init().

3128aae8c4 net: ipa: redefine struct ipa_mem_data
The ipa_mem_data structure type was never actually used. Instead,
the IPA memory regions were defined using the ipa_mem structure.

Redefine struct ipa_mem_data so it encapsulates the array of IPA-local
memory region descriptors along with the count of entries in that
array. Pass just an ipa_mem structure pointer to ipa_mem_init().

Rename the ipa_mem_data[] array ipa_mem_local_data[] to emphasize
that the memory regions it defines are IPA-local memory.

ba764c4dad soc: qcom: ipa: clocking, interrupts, and memory
This patch incorporates three source files (and their headers). They're
grouped into one patch mainly for the purpose of making the number and
size of patches in this series somewhat reasonable.

  - "ipa_clock.c" and "ipa_clock.h" implement clocking for the IPA device.
The IPA has a single core clock managed by the common clock framework.
In addition, the IPA has three buses whose bandwidth is managed by the
Linux interconnect framework. At this time the core clock and all
three buses are either on or off; we don't yet do any more fine-grained
management than that. The core clock and interconnects are enabled
and disabled as a unit, using a unified clock-like abstraction,
    ipa_clock_get()/ipa_clock_put().

  - "ipa_interrupt.c" and "ipa_interrupt.h" implement IPA interrupts.
There are two hardware IRQs used by the IPA driver (the other is
the GSI interrupt, described in a separate patch). Several types
of interrupt are handled by the IPA IRQ handler; these are not part
    of data/fast path.

  - The IPA has a region of local memory that is accessible by the AP
(and modem). Within that region are areas with certain defined
purposes. "ipa_mem.c" and "ipa_mem.h" define those regions, and
    implement their initialization.
