This updates the Arizona MFD device tree bindings to add the
Cirrus Logic CS47L24 and WM1831 codecs. Note that unlike all the
other codecs the DCVDD-supply and MICVDD-supply are mandatory.

Move parts of linux/mfd/arizona/pdata.h and gpio.h into a new file in
the dt-binding directory for use by device tree bindings. This also
makes gpio.h redundant so remove it in the process.

This patch update DT binding to support INn_MODE init_data. Each
input signal path can be configurated either as a Analogue or
Digital using the INn_MODE registers.
