198fba4137 mm/mmzone.h: fix existing kernel-doc comments and link them to core-api
There are a couple of kernel-doc comments in include/linux/mmzone.h but
they have minor formatting issues that would cause kernel-doc warnings.

Fix the formatting of those comments, add missing Return: descriptions and
link include/linux/mmzone.h to Documentation/core-api/mm-api.rst

5f076944f0 mm/mempolicy: fix mpol_misplaced kernel-doc
Sphinx interprets the Return section as a list and complains about it.
Turn it into a sentence and move it to the end of the kernel-doc to fit
the kernel-doc style.

3b2ebeaf98 mm/gfp: add kernel-doc for gfp_t
The generated html will link to the definition of the gfp_t automatically
once we define it. Move the one-paragraph overview of GFP flags from the
documentation directory into gfp.h and pull gfp.h into the documentation.

This generates warnings with clang
(https://lkml.kernel.org/r/20210219195509.GA59987@24bbad8f3778), so
use a #if 0 to hide it from the compiler for now.

767e5ee54e mm: add pagemap.h to the fine documentation
The documentation currently does not include the deathless prose written
to describe functions in pagemap.h because it's not included in any rst
file. Fix up the mismatches between parameter names and the documentation
and add the file to mm-api.

cc84ac35d9 docs: Catch up with the new location of get_user_pages_fast()
Commit 050a9adc64 ("mm: consolidate the get_user_pages* implementations")
moved get_user_pages_fast() from mm/util.c to mm/gup.c, but didn't update
the documentation, leading to this build warning:

  ./mm/util.c:1: warning: 'get_user_pages_fast' not found

Update the docs to match the new reality.

80a76c7261 docs/core-api/mm: fix GFP combinations section name
Fix the mismatch between "Useful GFP flag combinations" section naming in
the DOC: section in include/linux/gfp.h and
Documentation/core-api/mm-api.rst. This brings in the documentation,
and eliminates one warning:

./include/linux/gfp.h:1: warning: no structured comments found

54a67c7536 docs/mm-api: link slab_common.c to "The Slab Cache" section
Several functions in mm/slab_common.c have kernel-doc comments, it makes
perfect sense to link them to the MM API reference.

2f7e6f6bf0 docs/core-api: make mm-api.rst more structured
The mm-api.rst covers variety of memory management APIs under "More Memory
Management Functions" section. The descriptions included there are in a
random order there are quite a few of them which makes the section too
long.

Regrouping the documentation by subject and splitting the long "More Memory
Management Functions" section into several smaller sections makes the
generated html more usable.

41f35b395c docs/core-api: split memory management API to a separate file
This is basically copy-paste of the memory management section from
kernel-api.rst with some minor adjustments:

* The "User Space Memory Access" is moved to the beginning
* The get_user_pages_fast reference is now a part of "User Space Memory
  Access"
* And, of course, headings are adjusted with section being promoted to
  chapters
