1c3d038bd5 PCMCIA: soc_common: remove explicit wrprot initialization in socket drivers
soc_common already initializes state.wrprot to zero, so explicitly
setting wrprot to zero in the socket drivers has no additional effect.

a9bb5a4bf9 PCMCIA: pxa: convert PXA socket drivers to use new irq/gpio management
Convert all the PXA platform socket drivers to use the new irq/gpio
management provided by soc_common. This relieves these drivers from
having to do anything with these GPIOs other than provide the numbers
to soc_common.

Now the are optional, let us get rid of the ones that don't have
any content.

e593106ca4 ARM: pxa: Use gpio arrays in colibri_pcmcia driver
Use gpio_request_array() / gpio_free_array(), this makes the code cleaner and
less error prone.

8d9bd9002d ARM: pxa/colibri: don't register pxa2xx-pcmcia nodes on non-colibri platforms
PXA supports multi-machine kernels since long ago. However a kernel
compiled with support for colibri and any other PXA machine and with
PCMCIA enabled will barf at runtime about duplicate registration of
pxa2xx-pcmcia device. Fix that.

960c0acaab ARM: pxa: Toradex Colibri PXA270 CF support
This driver also contains structures to eventually support PXA320. This is
planned to be added in a later patch.
