51a6256b00 ARM: EXYNOS: Fix double of_node_put() when parsing child power domains
On each next iteration of for_each_compatible_node() the reference
counter for current device node is already decreased by the loop
iterator. The manual call to of_node_get() is required only on loop
break which is not happening here.

The double of_node_get() (with enabled CONFIG_OF_DYNAMIC) lead to
decreasing the counter below expected, initial value.

Fixes: fe4034a3fa ("ARM: EXYNOS: Add missing of_node_put() when parsing power domains")

d71fc239b6 ARM: SoC: late fixes and dependencies
This is a collection of a few late fixes and other misc. stuff that
had dependencies on things being merged from other trees.

The bulk of the changes are for samsung/exynos SoCs for some changes
that needed a few minor reworks so ended up a bit late. The others
are mainly for qcom SoCs: a couple fixes and some DTS updates.

There's one conflict with drivers/cpufreq/exynos-cpufreq.c because
it's now been completely removed, but there were some fixes that hit
 mainline in the meantime.

c5fc249862 ARM: SoC cleanups for v4.3
A large cleanup branch this release, with a healthy 10k negative line delta.

Most of this is removal of legacy (non-DT) support of shmobile
platforms. There is also removal of two non-DT platforms on OMAP,
and the plat-samsung directory is cleaned out by moving most of the
previously shared-location-but-not-actually-shared files from there to
 the appropriate mach directories instead.

There are other sets of changes in here as well:

  - Rob Herring removed use of set_irq_flags under all platforms and
    moved to genirq alternatives
  - A series of timer API conversions to set-state interface
  - ep93xx, nomadik and ux500 cleanups from Linus Walleij
  - __init annotation fixes from Nicolas Pitre
+ a bunch of other changes that all add up to a nice set of cleanups

bdd2648e50 ARM: EXYNOS: switch to using generic cpufreq driver for exynos4x12
The new CPU clock type allows the use of generic CPUfreq driver.
Switch Exynos4x12 to using generic cpufreq driver.

Previously (when exynos-cpufreq driver was used with boost
functionality) ARM_EXYNOS_CPU_FREQ_BOOST_SW config option
(which enabled boost functionality) selected EXYNOS_THERMAL
one. After switching Exynos4x12 platforms to use cpufreq-dt
driver boost support is enabled in the cpufreq-dt driver
itself (because there are turbo OPPs defined in the board's
DTS file). However we still would like to allow enabling
boost support only if thermal support is also enabled for
Exynos platforms. To achieve this make ARCH_EXYNOS config
option select THERMAL and EXYNOS_THERMAL ones.

Please also note that the switch to use the generic cpufreq-dt
driver fixes the minor issue present with the old code (support
for 'boost' mode in the exynos-cpufreq driver was enabled for
all supported SoCs even though 'boost' frequency was provided
only for Exynos4x12 ones).

af9971144d ARM: EXYNOS: add coupled cpuidle support for Exynos3250
The following patch adds coupled cpuidle support for Exynos3250 to
an existing cpuidle-exynos driver. As a result it enables AFTR mode
to be used by default on Exynos3250 without the need to hot unplug
CPU1 first.

The detailed changelog:
- use exynos_[get,set]_boot_addr() in cpuidle-exynos.c and then make
  cpu_boot_reg_base() static
- use exynos_core_restart() in exynos_cpu0_enter_aftr()
- add missing smp_rmb() to exynos_cpu0_enter_aftr() (to make the code
in-sync with the platform SMP code)
- add call_firmware_op(cpu_boot, 1) to exynos_cpu0_enter_aftr()
- use dsb_sev() instead of IPI wakeup for Exynos3250 in
  exynos_cpu0_enter_aftr()
- add CPU0 vs CPU1 synchronization based on S5P_PMU_SPARE2 register
  for Exynos3250 to cpuidle-exynos.c
- add flush_cache_all() for CPU1/0 before powerdown/AFTR for
  Exynos3250 to exynos_wfi_finisher()/exynos_do_idle()

fe931229c6 ARM: exynos: Fix wake-up interrupts for Exynos3250
Commit 8b283c0254 (ARM: exynos4/5: convert pmu wakeup to
stacked domains) changed the Exynos PMU code to use stacked
domains. This has led to a number of interrupt numbers to be
fixed.

In the meantime, support for Exynos 3250 was added, missing
the required change to this platform. This amounts to revert
ace283a04a (ARM: EXYNOS: Fix wrong hwirq of RTC interrupt
for Exynos3250 SoC), as the initial patch was right, just a
bit early...

6f024978e7 ARM: EXYNOS: Fix failed second suspend on Exynos4
On Exynos4412 boards (Trats2, Odroid U3) after enabling L2 cache in
56b60b8bce ("ARM: 8265/1: dts: exynos4: Add nodes for L2 cache
controller") the second suspend to RAM failed. First suspend worked fine
but the next one hang just after powering down of secondary CPUs (system
consumed energy as it would be running but was not responsive).

The issue was caused by enabling delayed reset assertion for CPU0 just
after issuing power down of cores. This was introduced for Exynos4 in
13cfa6c4f7 ("ARM: EXYNOS: Fix CPU idle clock down after CPU off").

The whole behavior is not well documented but after checking with vendor
code this should be done like this (on Exynos4):
1. Enable delayed reset assertion when system is running (for all CPUs).
2. Disable delayed reset assertion before suspending the system.
This can be done after powering off secondary CPUs.
3. Re-enable the delayed reset assertion when system is resumed.

This is happening because pmu_base_addr is only initialized when the
PMU is an interrupt controller. It's not the case on old DT.

7895f73169 ARM: MCPM: remove residency argument from mcpm_cpu_suspend()
This is currently unused.

If a suspend must be limited to CPU level only by preventing the last man
from triggering a cluster level suspend then this should be determined
according to many other criteria the MCPM layer is currently not aware of.
It is unlikely that mcpm_cpu_suspend() would be the proper conduit for
that information anyway.

7d2b6ef19c ARM: SoC driver updates for v4.1
Driver updates for v4.1. Some of these are for drivers/soc, where we find more
and more SoC-specific drivers these days. Some are for other driver subsystems
where we have received acks from the appropriate maintainers.

The larger parts of this branch are:

 - MediaTek support for their PMIC wrapper interface, a high-level interface
for talking to the system PMIC over a dedicated I2C interface.
 - Qualcomm SCM driver has been moved to drivers/firmware. It's used for CPU
up/down and needs to be in a shared location for arm/arm64 common code.
 - Cleanup of ARM-CCI PMU code.
 - Anoter set of cleanusp to the OMAP GPMC code.

Our SoC branch usually contains expanded support for new SoCs and other core
platform code. In this case, that includes:

 - Support for the new Annapurna Labs "Alpine" platform
 - A rework greatly simplifying adding new platform support to the MCPM

bb0fd7ab09 Merge branch 'for-linus' of git://ftp.arm.linux.org.uk/~rmk/linux-arm
Pull ARM updates from Russell King:
"Included in this update are both some long term fixes and some new
  features.

  Fixes:

   - An integer overflow in the calculation of ELF_ET_DYN_BASE.

   - Avoiding OOMs for high-order IOMMU allocations

   - SMP requires the data cache to be enabled for synchronisation
primitives to work, so prevent the CPU_DCACHE_DISABLE option being
     visible on SMP builds.

   - A bug going back 10+ years in the noMMU ARM94* CPU support code,
where it corrupts registers. Found by folk getting Linux running
     on their cameras.

   - Versatile Express needs an errata workaround enabled for CPU
     hot-unplug to work.

  Features:

   - Clean up module linker by handling out of range relocations
separately from relocation cases we don't handle.

   - Fix a long term bug in the pci_mmap_page_range() code, which we
hope won't impact userspace (we hope there's no users of the
     existing broken interface.)

   - Don't map DMA coherent allocations when we don't have a MMU.

   - Drop experimental status for SMP_ON_UP.

   - Warn when DT doesn't specify ePAPR mandatory cache properties.

   - Add documentation concerning how we find the start of physical
memory for AUTO_ZRELADDR kernels, detailing why we have chosen the
mask and the implications of changing it.

   - Updates from Ard Biesheuvel to address some issues with large
kernels (such as allyesconfig) failing to link.

   - Allow hibernation to work on modern (ARMv7) CPUs - this appears to
have never worked in the past on these CPUs.

   - Enable IRQ_SHOW_LEVEL, which changes the /proc/interrupts output
format (hopefully without userspace breaking... let's hope that if
it causes someone a problem, they tell us.)

   - Fix tegra-ahb DT offsets.

   - Rework ARM errata 643719 code (and ARMv7 flush_cache_louis()/
flush_dcache_all()) code to be more efficient, and enable this
errata workaround by default for ARMv7+SMP CPUs. This complements
     the Versatile Express fix above.

   - Rework ARMv7 context code for errata 430973, so that only Cortex A8
CPUs are impacted by the branch target buffer flush when this
errata is enabled. Also update the help text to indicate that all
     r1p* A8 CPUs are impacted.

   - Switch ARM to the generic show_mem() implementation, it conveys all
the information which we were already reporting.

   - Prevent slow timer sources being used for udelay() - timers running
at less than 1MHz are not useful for this, and can cause udelay()
to return immediately, without any wait. Using such a slow timer
     is silly.

   - VDSO support for 32-bit ARM, mainly for gettimeofday() using the
     ARM architected timer.

   - Perf support for Scorpion performance monitoring units"

vdso semantic conflict fixed up as per linux-next.

5f493ace72 ARM: Exynos: migrate DCSCB to the new MCPM backend abstraction
The custom suspend callback is removed for this change. The extra call
to exynos_cpu_power_up(() that was present at the end of exynos_suspend()
is now relocated to the cpu_is_up callback.

12833bacf5 ARM: 8325/1: exynos: move resume code to .text section
This code calls cpu_resume() using a straight branch (b), so
now that we have moved cpu_resume() back to .text, this should
be moved there as well. Any direct references to symbols that will
remain in the .data section are replaced with explicit PC-relative
references.

ee8e5d5fbe arm-cci: Split the code for PMU vs driver support
This patch separates the PMU driver code from the low level
CCI driver code and enables the PMU driver for ARM64.

Introduces config options for both.

ARM_CCI400_PORT_CTRL	- controls the low level driver code for
			  CCI400 ports.
ARM_CCI400_PMU - controls the PMU driver code
 ARM_CCI400_COMMON	- Common defintions for CCI400

This patch also changes:
ARM_CCI - common code for probing the CCI devices. This can be
used for adding support for newer CCI versions(e.g, CCI-500).
