Even when CONFIG_MULTI_IRQ_HANDLER is selected, the core code
requires the arch_irq_handler_default macro to be defined as
a fallback.
It turns out nobody is using that particular feature as both PXA
and shmobile have all their machine descriptors populated with
the interrupt handler, leaving unused code (or empty macros) in
their entry-macro.S file just to be able to compile entry-armv.S.
Make CONFIG_MULTI_IRQ_HANDLER exclusive wrt arch_irq_handler_default,
which allows to remove one test from the hot path. Also cleanup both
PXA and shmobile entry-macro.S.

The following commits break cpuidle on SH-Mobile ARM:
46bcfad cpuidle: Single/Global registration of idle states
e978aa7 cpuidle: Move dev->last_residency update to driver enter routine; remove dev->last_state
This patch remedies these issues by up-porting the SH-Mobile
code to fit with the above introduced framework changes.
It is worth noting that the new code becomes significantly cleaner,
so these framework changes are very welcome. At the same time this
breakage could probably have been avoided by grepping for "last_state"
and "cpuidle_register_driver".

PPI handling is a bit of an odd beast. It uses its own low level
handling code and is hardwired to the local timers (hence lacking
a registration interface).
Instead, switch the low handling to the normal SPI handling code.
PPIs are handled by the handle_percpu_devid_irq flow.
This also allows the removal of some duplicated code.

This change adds support for the sh7372 A4R power domain.
The sh7372 A4R hardware power domain contains the
SH CPU Core and a set of I/O devices including
multimedia accelerators and I2C controllers.
One special case about A4R is the INTCS interrupt
controller that needs to be saved and restored to
keep working as expected. Also the LCDC hardware
blocks are in a different hardware power domain
but have their IRQs routed only through INTCS. So
as long as LCDCs are active we cannot power down
INTCS because that would risk losing interrupts.

This change adds support for the sh7372 A3SP power domain.
The sh7372 A3SP hardware power domain contains a
wide range of I/O devices. The list of I/O devices
include SCIF serial ports, DMA Engine hardware,
SD and MMC controller hardware, USB controllers
and I2C master controllers.
This patch adds the A3SP low level code which
powers the hardware power domain on and off. It
also ties in platform devices to the pm domain
support code.
It is worth noting that the serial console is
hooked up to SCIFA0 on most sh7372 boards, and
the SCIFA0 port is included in the A3SP hardware
power domain. For this reason we cannot output
debug messages from the low level power control
code in the case of A3SP.
QoS support is needed in drivers before we can

This patch adds sh7372 A3SM power domain support.
The sh7372 A3SM hardware power domain contains the
ARM Cortex-A8 CPU Core including L2 cache. This
sleep mode can be seen as a one step deeper sleep
mode from the already existing Core Standby mode.
To wake up from A3SM sleep only a few wakeup sources
are supported - so the regular INTC controller will
not be able to help us unfortunately.
The code in this patch will enter A3SM sleep via the
regular Suspend-to-RAM interface in the case of only
wakeups supported by A3SM are enabled. If unsupported
wakeups are enabled then Core Standby will be used
instead.

Fix interrupt priority level handling on SH-Mobile ARM.
SH-Mobile ARM platforms using multiple interrupt priority
levels need this patch to fix a potential dead lock that
may occur if multiple interrupts with different levels
are pending simultaneously.
The default INTC configuration is to use the same priority
level for all interrupts, so this issue does not trigger by
default. It is however common for board code to override the
interrupt priority for certain interrupt sources depending
on the application. Without this fix such boards may lock up.
In detail, this patch updates the INTC code in entry-macro.S
to make sure that the INTLVLA register gets set as expected.
To trigger this bug modify the board specific code to adjust
the interrupt priority level for the ethernet chip. After
changing the priority level simply use flood ping to drown
the board with interrupts.
This patch applies to INTCA-based processors such as sh7372,
sh7377 and sh7372. GIC-based processors are not affected.

Presently the entry macros are all globbed together, this simply splits
them out in to their insular variants. Future work such as the GIC
generalization will replace some of these and tidy the abstraction up
further.

This patch adds initial support for Renesas SH-Mobile AG5.
At this point the AG5 CPU support is limited to the ARM
core, SCIF serial and a CMT timer together with L2 cache
and the GIC. The AG5EVM board also supports Ethernet.
Future patches will add support for GPIO, INTCS, CPGA
and platform data / driver updates for devices such as
IIC, LCDC, FSI, KEYSC, CEU and SDHI among others.
The code in entry-macro.S will be cleaned up when the
ARM IRQ demux code improvements have been merged.
Depends on the AG5EVM mach-type recently registered but
not yet present in arch/arm/tools/mach-types.
As the AG5EVM board comes with 512MiB memory it is
recommended to turn on HIGHMEM.
Many thanks to Yoshii-san for initial bring up.

Fixes for the sh7372 clock framework:
- remove unused #include <linux/platform_device.h>
- add sh7372 prefix to user modifiable root clocks
- put modifiable root clock prototypes in header file
- fix off-by-one id error on VEU MSTP clocks
- make arrays static

for all SH-Mobile ARM processors.
The DMA area is mapped at 0xf6000000 - 0xffdfffff,
on top of the 256 MB I/O window at 0xe6000000.

Teach SH-Mobile ARM how to make use of the shared SH clock
framework. This commit is one atomic switch that dumps the
local hackery and instead links in the shared clock framework
code in drivers/sh. A few local functions are kept in clock.c.

Change INTCS_VECT_BASE from 0x3400 to 0x2200.
The old value 0x3400 gave the INTCA and INTCS interrupt
conrollers separated spaces, but required ARM support
for more than 512 NR_IRQS which is not in place at this
point.
The value 0x2200 will make some of the INTCA interrupts
make use of empty INTCS areas. This is a bit more error
prone but works fine as a workaround for G3, G3 and AP4.
