28eafe9162 mfd: wm8998: Remove some unused registers
Save a few bytes by removing some registers from the driver that are not
currently used and not intended to be used at any point in the future.

9edd83c782 mfd: wm8998: Fix defaults array based on testing
My automated test is back and now can check defaults against the actual
hardware. This patch updates the defaults array for the differences
detected and removes a couple of completely unused registers.

26fade40a0 mfd: wm8998: Fixup register defaults/readables
Remove defaults for a bunch of volatile registers and remove
ARIZONA_CTRL_IF_SPI_CFG_1 from the readable list since it doesn't exist
on wm8998 which is I2C only.
