d4092d76a4 mtd: nand: Rename nand.h into rawnand.h
We are planning to share more code between different NAND based
devices (SPI NAND, OneNAND and raw NANDs), but before doing that
we need to move the existing include/linux/mtd/nand.h file into
include/linux/mtd/rawnand.h so we can later create a nand.h header
containing all common structure and function prototypes.

97ad2bdcbe ARM/PCI: Convert PCI scan API to pci_scan_root_bus_bridge()
The introduction of pci_scan_root_bus_bridge() provides a PCI core API to
scan a PCI root bus backed by an already initialized struct pci_host_bridge
object, which simplifies the bus scan interface and makes the PCI scan root
bus interface easier to generalize as members are added to the struct
pci_host_bridge.

Convert ARM bios32 code to pci_scan_root_bus_bridge() to improve the PCI
root bus scanning interface.

d43e85b7d7 ARM: orion5x: only call into phylib when available
Board code cannot call mdiobus_register_board_info() when phylib
or mdio_device is a loadable module:

arch/arm/plat-orion/common.o: In function `orion_ge00_switch_init':
:(.init.text+0x474): undefined reference to `mdiobus_register_board_info'

I had a number of ideas for how this could be solved, but after the MDIO
code got split out from PHYLIB it has gotten too hard, so I'm basically
giving up, and only call the mdiobus_register_board_info() function
if the MDIO layer is built-in to avoid the link error. This is similar
to how we handle PHY registration on other ARM platforms.

8ccbd36006 ARM: Orion5x: ts78xx: allow rtc-m48t86 to manage it's own resources
The rtc-m48t86 driver can now handle it's own resources and do the
read/write operations internally.

Pass the necessary resources to the driver and remove the m48t86_ops
platform data.

575e93f7b5 ARM: orion: Register DSA switch as a MDIO device
Utilize the ability to pass board specific MDIO bus information towards a
particular MDIO device thus allowing us to provide the per-port switch layout
to the Marvell 88E6XXX switch driver.

Since we would end-up with conflicting registration paths, do not register the
"dsa" platform device anymore.

Note that the MDIO devices registered by code in net/dsa/dsa2.c does not
parse a dsa_platform_data, but directly take a dsa_chip_data (specific
to a single switch chip), so we update the different call sites to pass
this structure down to orion_ge00_switch_init().

rd88f6183ap-ge passes NO_IRQ as the interrupt line for its m25p80
NOR flash. However, this device never uses an interrupt and the

fe158a17c1 ARM: orion: simplify orion_ge00_switch_init
One of the last users of NO_IRQ on ARM is the switch initialization
code on orion5x, which sometimes passes a GPIO based IRQ number.

However, the driver doesn't actually use this number, and according
to Andrew Lunn never will do it for non-DT based machines, so
we can simply drop the irq argument.

Simplifying it further, we can also drop the static platform_device
and instead call platform_device_register_data(), which in turn
lets us mark the platform_data structures as __initdata and slightly
reduce the memory consumption.

5c34a4e89c ARM: do away with ARCH_[WANT_OPTIONAL|REQUIRE]_GPIOLIB
This replaces:

- "select ARCH_REQUIRE_GPIOLIB" with "select GPIOLIB" as this can
  now be selected directly.

- "select ARCH_WANT_OPTIONAL_GPIOLIB" with no dependency: GPIOLIB
  is now selectable by everyone, so we need not declare our
  intent to select it.

When ordering the symbols the following rationale was used:
if the selects were in alphabetical order, I moved select GPIOLIB
to be in alphabetical order, but if the selects were not
maintained in alphabetical order, I just replaced
"select ARCH_REQUIRE_GPIOLIB" with "select GPIOLIB".

c22c2c6008 ARM: orion5x: clean up mach/*.h headers
This is a simple move of all header files that are no longer
included by anything else from the include/mach directory
to the platform directory itself as preparation for
multiplatform support.

The mach/uncompress.h headers are left in place for now,
and are mildly modified to be independent of the other
headers. They will be removed entirely when ARCH_MULTIPLATFORM
gets enabled and they become obsolete.

Rather than updating the path names inside of the comments
of each header, I delete those comments to avoid having to
update them again, should they get moved or copied another
time.

5cdbe5d23a ARM: orion: use SPARSE_IRQ everywhere
As a preparation for multiplatform support, this moves all the
code using plat-orion over to use sparse irq support, which is
enabled implicitly for multiplatform.

In particular, the hardcoded NR_IRQS macro gets replaced with
a machine specific one that is set in the machine descriptor
in order to set up a static mapping for all legacy interrupts.

06f3008a6a ARM: orion: move watchdog setup to mach-orion5x
The watchdog device node is created in plat-orion/common.c
but depends on the bridge address that is platform specific,
so as a preparation for orion multiplatform support, we
move it out of the common code into orion5x and dove.

At the moment, dove does not use the watchdog, so I'm marking
the function as __maybe_unused for the moment. The compiler
will be able to compile out the device definition this way,
and we can easily add it later.

5be9fc23cd ARM: orion5x: fix legacy orion5x IRQ numbers
Since v3.18, attempts to deliver IRQ0 are rejected, breaking orion5x.
Fix this by increasing all interrupts by one, as did 5d6bed2a9c for
dove. Also, force MULTI_IRQ_HANDLER for all orion platforms (including
dove) as the specific handler is needed to shift back IRQ numbers by
one.

[gregory.clement@free-electrons.com]: moved the select
MULTI_IRQ_HANDLER from PLAT_ORION_LEGACY to ARCH_ORION5X as it broke
the build for dove.

825f4e0271 ARM: SoC updates for 3.16 (part 1)
A quite large set of SoC updates this cycle. In no particular order:
 
 - Multi-cluster power management for Samsung Exynos, adding support for
   big.LITTLE CPU switching on EXYNOS5
 - SMP support for Marvell Armada 375 and 38x
 - SMP rework on Allwinner A31
 - Xilinx Zynq support for SOC_BUS, big endian
 - Marvell orion5x platform cleanup, modernizing the implementation and
   moving to DT.
 - _Finally_ moving Samsung Exynos over to support MULTIPLATFORM, so
   that their platform can be enabled in the same kernel binary as most
   of the other v7 platforms in the tree. \o/ The work isn't quite complete,
   there's some driver fixes still needed, but the basics now work.
 
 New SoC support added:
 - Freescale i.MX6SX
 - LSI Axxia AXM55xx SoCs
 - Samsung EXYNOS 3250, 5260, 5410, 5420 and 5800
 - STi STIH407
 
 Plus a large set of various smaller updates for different platforms. I'm

1c2f87c225 ARM: 8025/1: Get rid of meminfo
memblock is now fully integrated into the kernel and is the prefered
method for tracking memory. Rather than reinvent the wheel with
meminfo, migrate to using memblock directly instead of meminfo as
an intermediate.

94b0bd366e ARM: orion5x: convert d2net to Device Tree
This commit converts the LaCie d2 Network platform to the Device Tree.

All devices except LEDs are converted, because the LED code needs a
non-LED GPIO to be set to a given value for the LEDs to work, and this
cannot yet be easily represented in DT.

Also, references to the LaCie Big Disk Network platform are lost,
because this platform apparently has exactly the same hardware support
as the LaCie d2 Network, so their Device Tree files would be
identical.

065194a06b ARM: orion5x: convert RD-88F5182 to Device Tree
This commit converts the RD-88F5182 platform to the Device Tree. All
devices except the PCI are converted to the Device Tree.

It is worth noting that:

 * The PCI description for the DT case is kept in board-rd88f5182.c.

 * The existing non-DT support in rd88f5182-setup.c is kept as is, in
   order to allow testing of a given platform in both DT and non-DT
   cases. It will ultimately be removed, once we no longer care about
   non-DT support for Orion5x.
