42d671c78f Fix a build warning about leaking CONFIG_NFSD to userspace.
Fix a build warning about leaking CONFIG_NFSD to userspace.

The nfsd_stats data structure does not need to be available to
userspace; no kernel interface uses it. So move it inside #ifdef
__KERNEL__ and the warning goes away.

e2b209509c [PATCH] knfsd: nfsd4: add per-operation server stats
Add an nfs4 operations count array to nfsd_stats structure. The count is
incremented in nfsd4_proc_compound() where all the operations are handled
by the nfsv4 server. This count of individual nfsv4 operations is also
entered into /proc filesystem.

Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history,
even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git
archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about
3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early
git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good
infrastructure for it.

Let it rip!
