alloc_etherdev has a generic OOM/unable to alloc message.
Remove the duplicative messages after alloc_etherdev calls.

Perform another round of floor sweeping, converting the .get_drvinfo
routines of additional drivers from strcpy to strlcpy along with
some conversion of sprintf to snprintf.

Moves the drivers for the AMD chipsets into drivers/net/ethernet/amd/
and the necessary Kconfig and Makfile changes.
The au1000 (Alchemy) driver was also moved into the same directory
even though it is not a "Lance" driver.
