f9dcbcc9e3 net: convert multiple drivers to use netdev_for_each_mc_addr, part5 V2

instead of dmi->dmi_addr)

4cd24eaf0c net: use netdev_mc_count and netdev_mc_empty when appropriate
This patch replaces dev->mc_count in all drivers (hopefully I didn't miss
anything). Used spatch and did small tweaks and conding style changes when
it was suitable.

557b0bbd62 drivers/net/lib82596.c: use %pM to shown MAC address
Use the %pM kernel extension to display the MAC address.

The only difference in the output is that the MAC address is
shown in the usual colon-separated hex notation instead of
space-separated.

6ed106549d net: use NETDEV_TX_OK instead of 0 in ndo_start_xmit() functions
This patch is the result of an automatic spatch transformation to convert
all ndo_start_xmit() return values of 0 to NETDEV_TX_OK.

Some occurences are missed by the automatic conversion, those will be
handled in a seperate patch.

babcda74e9 drivers/net: Kill now superfluous ->last_rx stores.
The generic packet receive code takes care of setting
netdev->last_rx when necessary, for the sake of the
bonding ARP monitor.

Drivers need not do it any more.

Some cases had to be skipped over because the drivers
were making use of the ->last_rx value themselves.

e174961ca1 net: convert print_mac to %pM
This converts pretty much everything to print_mac. There were
a few things that had conflicts which I have just dropped for
now, no harm done.

I've built an allyesconfig with this and looked at the files
that weren't built very carefully, but it's a huge patch.

9ec46c6dae LIB82596: correct data types for hardware addresses
dma_addr_t is 64bit wide on some architectures (for example 64bit MIPS),
so it's not a good idea to use it for 32bit wide addresses in descriptors.

09f75cd7bf [NET] drivers/net: statistics cleanup #1 -- save memory and shrink code
We now have struct net_device_stats embedded in struct net_device,
and the default ->get_stats() hook does the obvious thing for us.

Run through drivers/net/* and remove the driver-local storage of
statistics, and driver-local ->get_stats() hook where applicable.

This was just the low-hanging fruit in drivers/net; plenty more drivers
remain to be updated.

2187f287e2 Extract chip specific code out of lasi_82596.c
Changes to last version:
- use netdev_alloc_skb
- make init_rx_bufs just fail and not panic, if skb alloc fails
- don/t free_irq, if request_irq failed

Thomas.

Extracted chip specific code out of lasi_82596.c and placed into a lib82596.c
to make it usable for other 82596 drivers
