All platforms have now been switched to the new clocksource driver.
Remove the old code and various no longer needed bits and pieces.

66ae81dccc ARM: davinci: move timer definitions to davinci.h
Boards from the dm* family rely on register offset definitions from
arch/arm/mach-davinci/include/mach/time.h. We'll be removing this file
soon, so move the required defines to davinci.h where the rest of such
constants live.

Move the declaration for davinci_cp_intc_init() to

parameter. Convert all users to the new version.

Also: since the two da8xx SoCs default all irq priorities to 7, just
drop the priority configuration at all and hardcode the channels to 7.

It will simplify the driver code and make our lives easier when it
comes to device-tree support.

544ca0b0d8 ARM: davinci: make irqs.h a local header
The existence of irqs.h in mach-davinci/include/mach only makes sense
without SPARSE_IRQ as it's then expected to define NR_IRQS and is
included from asm/irq.h. As we now support SPARSE_IRQ, this header can
be moved to mach-davinci and used as the source of HW interrupt numbers.

While updating the includes in various files - also rearrange the

1a6d490b45 ARM: davinci: make argument to davinci_common_init() as const
Make the function argument of the function davinci_common_init
as const as it's memory contents are only copied during a

soc_info points to never gets modified and therefore the argument can
be made const.

0004b02a68 ARM: davinci: da8xx: add usb phy clocks
Up to this point, the USB phy clock configuration was handled manually in
the board files and in the usb drivers. This adds proper clocks so that
the usb drivers can use clk_get and clk_enable and not have to worry about
the details. Also, the related code is removed from the board files and
replaced with the new clock registration functions.

This also removes the #if IS_ENABLED(CONFIG_USB_MUSB_HDRC) around the musb
declaration and renames the musb platform device so that we can reference
it from the usb20 clock even if the musb device is not used.

4d2b7d4cb4 ARM: 8532/1: uncompress: mark putc as inline
When CONFIG_DEBUG_ICEDCC is set, we don't use the platform
specific putc() function, but use icedcc_putc() instead, so
putc is unused and causes a compile time warning:

In file included from ../arch/arm/boot/compressed/misc.c:28:0:
arch/arm/mach-rpc/include/mach/uncompress.h:79:13: warning: 'putc' defined but not used [-Wunused-function]
arch/arm/mach-w90x900/include/mach/uncompress.h:30:13: warning: 'putc' defined but not used [-Wunused-function]

On most platforms, this does not happen, because putc is defined
as 'static inline' so the compiler will automatically drop it
when it's unused.

This changes the remaining seven platforms to behave the same way.

f1a4c52ff5 ARM: davinci: gpio: use gpiolib API instead of inline functions
Remove NEED_MACH_GPIO_H config select option for ARCH_DAVINCI
to start using gpiolib interface for davinci platforms. This makes
it easier to use the gpio driver on other platforms as it breaks
dependency on mach-davinci.

Latencies for gpio_get/set APIs will increase. On measurement,
latency was found to have increased by 18 microsecond with
gpiolib API as compared to inline APIs.

Measurement was done on DA850 EVM for gpio_get_value() API by
taking the printk timing across the call with interrupts disabled.

inline gpio API with interrupt disabled
  [ 29.734337] before gpio_get
  [ 29.736847] after gpio_get

  Time difference 0.00251

  gpio library with interrupt disabled
  [ 272.876763] before gpio_get
  [ 272.879291] after gpio_get

  Time difference 0.002528
  Latency increased by (0.002528 - 0.00251) = 18 microsecond.
