ead53f22dc powerpc: remove non-required uses of include <linux/module.h>
None of the files touched here are modules, and they are not
exporting any symbols either -- so there is no need to be including
the module.h. Builds of all the files remains successful.

Even kernel/module.c does not need to include it, since it includes
linux/moduleloader.h instead.

5a0e3ad6af include cleanup: Update gfp.h and slab.h includes to prepare for breaking implicit slab.h inclusion from percpu.h
percpu.h is included by sched.h and module.h and thus ends up being
included when building most .c files. percpu.h includes slab.h which
in turn includes gfp.h making everything defined by the two files
universally available and complicating inclusion dependencies.

percpu.h -> slab.h dependency is about to be removed. Prepare for
this change by updating users of gfp and slab facilities include those
headers directly instead of assuming availability. As this conversion
needs to touch large number of source files, the following script is
used as the basis of conversion.

  http://userweb.kernel.org/~tj/misc/slabh-sweep.py

The script does the followings.

* Scan files for gfp and slab usages and update includes such that
  only the necessary includes are there. ie. if only gfp is used,
  gfp.h, if slab is used, slab.h.

* When the script inserts a new include, it looks at the include
  blocks and try to put the new include such that its order conforms
  to its surrounding. It's put in the include block which contains
  core kernel includes, in the same order that the rest are ordered -
  alphabetical, Christmas tree, rev-Xmas-tree or at the end if there
  doesn't seem to be any matching order.

* If the script can't find a place to put a new include (mostly
  because the file doesn't have fitting include block), it prints out
  an error message indicating which .h file needs to be added to the
  file.

The conversion was done in the following steps.

1. The initial automatic conversion of all .c files updated slightly
   over 4000 files, deleting around 700 includes and adding ~480 gfp.h
   and ~3000 slab.h inclusions. The script emitted errors for ~400
   files.

2. Each error was manually checked. Some didn't need the inclusion,
   some needed manual addition while adding it to implementation .h or
   embedding .c file was more appropriate for others. This step added
   inclusions to around 150 files.

3. The script was run again and the output was compared to the edits
   from #2 to make sure no file was left behind.

4. Several build tests were done and a couple of problems were fixed.
   e.g. lib/decompress_*.c used malloc/free() wrappers around slab
   APIs requiring slab.h to be added manually.

5. The script was run on all .h files but without automatically
   editing them as sprinkling gfp.h and slab.h inclusions around .h
   files could easily lead to inclusion dependency hell. Most gfp.h
   inclusion directives were ignored as stuff from gfp.h was usually
   wildly available and often used in preprocessor macros. Each
   slab.h inclusion directive was examined and added manually as
   necessary.

6. percpu.h was updated not to include slab.h.

7. Build test were done on the following configurations and failures
   were fixed. CONFIG_GCOV_KERNEL was turned off for all tests (as my
   distributed build env didn't work with gcov compiles) and a few
   more options had to be turned off depending on archs to make things
   build (like ipr on powerpc/64 which failed due to missing writeq).

   * x86 and x86_64 UP and SMP allmodconfig and a custom test config.
   * powerpc and powerpc64 SMP allmodconfig
   * sparc and sparc64 SMP allmodconfig
   * ia64 SMP allmodconfig
   * s390 SMP allmodconfig
   * alpha SMP allmodconfig
   * um on x86_64 SMP allmodconfig

8. percpu.h modifications were reverted so that it could be applied as
   a separate patch and serve as bisection point.

Given the fact that I had only a couple of failures from tests on step
6, I'm fairly confident about the coverage of this conversion patch.
If there is a breakage, it's likely to be something in one of the arch
headers which should be easily discoverable easily on most builds of
the specific arch.

86c6f274f5 cpumask: powerpc: Introduce cpumask_of_{node,pcibus} to replace {node,pcibus}_to_cpumask
Impact: New APIs

The old node_to_cpumask/node_to_pcibus returned a cpumask_t: these
return a pointer to a struct cpumask. Part of removing cpumasks from
the stack.

(Also replaces powerpc internal uses of node_to_cpumask).

7a2142002f [POWERPC] spufs: try to route SPU interrupts to local node
Currently, we re-route SPU interrupts to the current cpu, which may be
on a remote node. In the case of time slicing, all spu interrupts will
end up routed to the same cpu, where the spusched_tick occurs.

This change routes mfc interrupts to the cpu where the controlling
thread last ran, provided that cpu is on the same node as the spu
(otherwise don't reroute interrupts).

This should improve performance and provide a more predictable
environment for processing spu exceptions. In the past we have seen
concurrent delivery of spu exceptions to two cpus. This eliminates that
concern.

c9868fe0e0 [POWERPC] Celleb: consolidate spu management ops
Spu management ops in arch/platforms/cell/spu_priv1_mmio.h can be used
commonly in of based platform. This patch separates spu management ops
from native cell code and uses on celleb platform.

ccb4911598 [POWERPC] spufs: fix assignment of node numbers
The difference between 'nid' and 'node' fields in an
spu structure was used incorrectly. The common 'node'
number now reflects the NUMA node, and it is used
in other places in the code as well.

The 'nid' value is meaningful only in one place, namely
the computation of the interrupt numbers based on the
physical location of an spu. Consequently, we look it
up directly in the place where it is used now.

the new style device-tree, most notably the struct pages for SPEs no
longer get created. oops...

e28b003136 [POWERPC] cell: abstract spu management routines
This adds a platform specific spu management abstraction and the coresponding
routines to support the IBM Cell Blade. It also removes the hypervisor only
resources that were included in struct spu.

Three new platform specific routines are introduced, spu_enumerate_spus(),
spu_create_spu() and spu_destroy_spu(). The underlying design uses a new
type, struct spu_management_ops, to hold function pointers that the platform
setup code is expected to initialize to instances appropriate to that platform.

For the IBM Cell Blade support, I put the hypervisor only resources that were
in struct spu into a platform specific data structure struct spu_pdata.

24f43b33f7 [POWERPC] spufs: wrap mfc sdr access
SPRN_SDR1 and the SPE's MFC SDR are hypervisor resources and
are not accessible from a logical partition. This change adds an
access wrapper.

When running on bare H/W, the spufs needs to only set the SPE's MFC SDR
to the value of the PPE's SPRN_SDR1 once at SPE initialization, so this
change renames mfc_sdr_set() to mfc_sdr_setup() and moves the
access of SPRN_SDR1 into the mmio wrapper. It also removes the now
unneeded member mfc_sdr_RW from struct spu_priv1_collapsed.

a91942ae7e [POWERPC] spufs: fix spu irq affinity setting
This changes the hypervisor abstraction of setting cpu affinity to a
higher level to avoid platform dependent interrupt controller
routines.  I replaced spu_priv1_ops:spu_int_route_set() with a
new routine spu_priv1_ops:spu_cpu_affinity_set().

As a by-product, this change eliminated what looked like an
existing bug in the set affinity code where spu_int_route_set()
mistakenly called int_stat_get().

540270d82d [POWERPC] spufs: further abstract priv1 register access
To support muti-platform binaries the spu hypervisor accessor
routines must have runtime binding.

I removed the existing statically linked routines in spu.h
and spu_priv1_mmio.c and created new accessor routines in spu_priv1.h
that operate indirectly through an ops struct spu_priv1_ops.
spu_priv1_mmio.c contains the instance of the accessor routines
for running on raw hardware.

c01ea72a3b [POWERPC] spufs: split the Cell BE support into generic and platform dependant parts
Creates new config variables PPC_CELL_NATIVE and PPC_IBM_CELL_BLADE.
The existing CONFIG_PPC_CELL is now used to denote the generic
Cell processor support.

PPC_CELL = make descends into platforms/cell
PPC_CELL_NATIVE = add bare metal support
PPC_IBM_CELL_BLADE = add blade device drivers, etc.

Also renames spu_priv1.c to spu_priv1_mmio.c.
