This patch allows viafb driver to be build on !X86 archs
using COMPILE_TEST config option.
Since via-camera driver (VIDEO_VIA_CAMERA) depends on viafb
it also needs a little fixup.

commit 96b1d500e0 ("video: auo_k190x: add driver for AUO-K1900 variant")
commit 53027cdf2a ("video: auo_k190x: add driver for AUO-K1901 variant")

they are platform drivers they need corresponding platform
devices to be registered by kernel and it has never happened).

Since commit a521422ea4 ("ARM: shmobile: mackerel: Remove Legacy C
board code"), the only remaining platforms using this driver are SuperH
SH-Mobile SoCs (sh7723). As both SUPERH and ARCH_SHMOBILE are set for
these platforms, the SUPERH dependency can be dropped.

On some hardware the LCD panel is not mounted upright in the casing,
but rotated by 90 degrees. In this case we want the console to
automatically be rotated to compensate.
The drm subsys has a quirk table for this, use the
drm_get_panel_orientation_quirk function to get the panel orientation
and set info->fbcon_rotate_hint based on this, so that the fbcon console
on top of efifb gets automatically rotated to compensate for the panel
orientation.

Instead of selecting 'VT' to make us enter the drivers/video/console
directory at compile-time, it's sufficient to build the
drivers/video/console/sticore.c file by adding its directory
to when CONFIG_FB_STI is enabled. Alternatively, we could move the
sticore code to another directory that is always built when we
have at STI_CONSOLE or FB_STI enabled.

Allow generic frame-buffer to provide a default
get_fb_unmapped_area function if specific devices need it.
Usually this function is defined in architecture directories but
define it here may limit code duplication especially for all ARM
platforms without MMU.

The old non-DRM Exynos MIPI driver does not support DeviceTree and
requires board files. Our platforms do not provide such so the driver
is not usable since a long time ago. All features provided by the
driver (and associated s6e8ax0 panel driver) are already supported by
newer DRM version so the old code can be removed.

This adds a special panel init hook for the ARM reference designs
Integrator (IM-PD1), Versatile and RealView, so we can configure
a DPI panel from device tree and have it working without
boardfiles for these machines.
Basically this is the same code as from the board files, just
moved over to look up the syscon DT node and manipulate the
special CLCD register from their regmap.
Tested on RealView PB11MPcore.

If the device is probed from device tree, we can support

We have to add HAS_IOMEM to the dependencies of CLCD since
the backlight class device will now be selected, and if it
gets selected on an arch that does not have IOMEM,
compilation will fail.

The Xen framebuffer driver selects the xen keyboard driver, so the latter
will be built-in if XEN_FBDEV_FRONTEND=y. However, when CONFIG_INPUT
is a loadable module, this configuration cannot work. On mainline kernels,
the symbol will be enabled but not used, while in combination with
a patch I have to detect such useless configurations, we get the
expected link failure:
drivers/input/built-in.o: In function `xenkbd_remove':
xen-kbdfront.c:(.text+0x2f0): undefined reference to `input_unregister_device'
xen-kbdfront.c:(.text+0x30e): undefined reference to `input_unregister_device'
This removes the extra "select", as it just causes more trouble than
it helps. In theory, some defconfig file might break if it has
XEN_FBDEV_FRONTEND in it but not INPUT_XEN_KBDDEV_FRONTEND. The Kconfig
fragment we ship in the kernel (kernel/configs/xen.config) however
already enables both, and anyone using an old .config file would
keep having both enabled.

This patch brings a first support of pxa framebuffer devices to a
devicetree pxa platform, as was before platform data.
There are restrictions with this port, the biggest one being the lack of
support of smart panels. Moreover the conversion doesn't provide a way
to declare multiple framebuffer configurations with different bits per
pixel, only the LCD hardware bus width is used.
The patch was tested on both pxa25x, pxa27x and pxa3xx platform (namely
lubbock, mainstone and zylonite).

The sis framebuffer driver complains with a compile-time warning
if neither the FB_SIS_300 nor FB_SIS_315 symbols are selected:
drivers/video/fbdev/sis/sis_main.c:61:2: warning: #warning Neither CONFIG_FB_SIS_300 nor CONFIG_FB_SIS_315 is se
This is reasonable because it doesn't work in that case, but it's
also annoying for randconfig builds and is one of the most common
warnings I'm seeing on ARM now.
This changes the Kconfig logic to prevent the silly configuration,
by always selecting the FB_SIS_300 variant if the other one is
not set.

Device driver should not directly select subsystems. In this case
we get build warnings like
warning: (ARCH_REQUIRE_GPIOLIB && PINCTRL_AT91 && PINCTRL_NOMADIK && MFD_TC6393XB && FB_VIA) selects GPIOLIB which has unmet direct dependencies (ARCH_WANT_OPTIONAL_GPIOLIB || ARCH_REQUIRE_GPIOLIB)
