Greg Kroah-Hartman	81ace5cd8f	kset: convert pci hotplug to use kset_create_and_add ... This also renames pci_hotplug_slots_subsys to pcis_hotplug_slots_kset catch all current users with a build error instead of a build warning which can easily be missed. Greg Kroah-Hartman	823bccfc40	remove "struct subsystem" as it is no longer needed ... We need to work on cleaning up the relationship between kobjects, ksets and ktypes. The removal of 'struct subsystem' is the first step of this, especially as it is not really needed at all. Thanks to Kay for fixing the bugs in this patch. This makes it possible to build pci hotplug drivers outside of the main kernel tree, and Sam keeps telling me to move local header files to their proper places...
