xtensa: use the declarations provided by <asm/sections.h>

Browse Source 
Cleanups:
  - Include <asm/sections.h>,
  - Remove the (different) extern declarations,
  - Remove the no longer needed address-of ('&') operators,
  - Use %p to format pointer differences.
