spi: Fixes for v4.6
A bunch of small driver specific fixes that have come up, none of them remarkable in themselves. One fixes a regression introduced in the merge window and another two are targetted at stable. -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1 iQEcBAABAgAGBQJXM1aPAAoJECTWi3JdVIfQ6OEH/i0K+0N0KLHNznOgyk5F6KTZ kSg03F03UBs66CWVcFEWGtWTBLqlYpmQptJqPSZtOVu99zcVfX8PB+tjWM7zfo/F cxMVeyiflf/9jiFSH/qXnLDOYKLMBVonv0laS2U0wjLME5UF+kGJfPr9F1w/2uzN N8KpkHFkdprzuIV9JGqB4CXiZqyDrH+6yV3jIQh1GTeN4DiDST3/tLPkqpETxCHz /ayfsofi5PLA9126Ogn1De8dds65HTbPTrJbf0jMiH3SGFXsLLK5clDMN9g7aNwK 9Chc75akHsjcdKPEANnR9KmAeZpL53n5nQp8iHoYLPqSlaVeJPVkhrE5yZqbrUc= =KyrG -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- Merge tag 'spi-fix-v4.6-rc7' of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/broonie/spi Pull spi fixes from Mark Brown: "A bunch of small driver specific fixes that have come up, none of them remarkable in themselves.
