pinctrl: zte: fix dereference of 'data' in zx_set_mux()

It fixes the following Smatch complaint:

drivers/pinctrl/zte/pinctrl-zx.c:76 zx_set_mux()
warn: variable dereferenced before check 'data' (see line 67)
